Sapphire is the first comprehensive work-transition program in Canada specifically tailored to autistic post-secondary students like yourself. The program consists of a community networking platform, career-ready skills training, holistic job coaching, and paid work experience.
Community Networking Platform
Through the Sapphire Program you will have access to a supportive network with over 500 mentors worldwide, built by and for neurodivergent students. The platform will connect you to a community of peers and neurodivergent professionals, as well as allies at Wilfrid Laurier to support your growth.

Career Readiness Training
The Sapphire Program provides career readiness training designed specifically for your needs, delivered on an inclusive, interactive virtual platform. You will also have access to 20+ hours of 1 on 1 holistic job coaching to prepare you for success in the workplace.

Paid Internships
Signing up for the Sapphire Program makes you eligible for paid co-op/internship opportunities in neuroinclusive environments, where you can gain valuable work experience.​
